Who We Are
 |
Walk Talk Tours are the brain child of Phil, our Tours Manager, who is responsible for tour research and production. He is an experienced tour guide and first started tour guiding in 1998.
Phil is an honours graduate historian, who delights in researching the unusual and putting medieval and modern history (both people and places) into their proper context. His professionalism ensures that each tour is properly researched and that only authentic sources are used.
Coupled with his first hand knowledge of the things that the visitor wants to know, and his continued interest in the issues of the day, Phil ensures that each Walk Talk Tour is interesting, informative and, at times, amusing - all adding up to an enjoyable and unique experience.

Jonathan is the voice of our English Walk Talk Tours programme.
He has featured in over 350 radio plays for the BBC and has twice been a member of the Radio Drama Company as well as playing the evil Owen in the Archers.
Jonathan was the natural choice to present Walk Talk Tours, given his vast experience narrating audio books and audio guides.
In fact, you can hear him all over the world from Stonehenge to St Peter’s in Rome.
